
Sunday retreat at Cedar Hill Recreation Centre:
Slough off the heavy layers of winter with an afternoon of reawakening your body, mind and heart during this afternoon of mindful yoga, breath work and meditation. Nourish your whole being with a combination of slow flow, restorative and Nidra yoga practices. Includes a nutrition break. Please bring your own mat, a blanket or two and cozy layers. Must be able to get up and down off the floor easily.
