Move and stretch in  this full body revitalization class designed for every Body. Cultivate strength,  stability and balance with options to meet you where you are and build from  there. Explore breathing exercises to promote relaxation and  mindfulness. Register via Saanich online. Times may changes slightly based on the season.

Chair Yoga

Get limber and mobile with full body joint openers in this chair yoga class. Build strength in the legs and core to facilitate supported balances and stretch the whole body while seated or standing by your chair. Breath work and short meditations aid relaxation in this practice. Register via Saanich online. Times may change slightly based on season

Yoga for Healthy Aging

Build core stability, bone density and balance with gentle poses in a supportive environment. This is a mixed level class that is both challenging and relaxing…and fun!


Fridays 10:30 - 11:45am (75 mins)

Slow Flow - On Zoom

A dynamic mix of flowing movements to open joints and connect to your breath. Balancing poses and strong long holds help build strength and stamina. Modifications are provided to honour where you are and gently build from there. Laura encourages a safe, supportive and accepting environment; empowering you to Be where you are.
