Videos run anywhere from four minutes to an hour, so there are options to get you moving and flowing with your breath.
Classes focus on alignment and safe form. Breath is cultivated to deepen postures, mindfulness and self-awareness. Yogic concepts are explored to expand learning, and modifications are provided. Her inclusive classes meet you where you are and inspire you to make the practice part of your daily life.
I love your Zoom classes.... we have lots of room in our basement and no worries about putting ourselves at risk via transmission. You make the class lots of fun and even though once the class starts we are muted it feels very inclusive and lets us focus on the practice.

Laura has a wonderful knack of knowing just when to add a little tip about body position that makes all the difference in the world. I love how she asks us what we need and then incorporates it into the class. She always seems delighted to greet us at the beginning of class and is more than willing to answer questions. She has a very good pace and is exceptional at explaining how to move from one pose to another.
Laura teaches with empathy, good humour, happiness and thoughtfulness. She is aware of the differing ability levels and needs of students, making all feel welcome and free to practice. The classes offer opportunity to “back off’ or to reach out and work harder. Her calm demeanour and voice are always encouraging.
You, Laura, are such a gifted teacher. You are everything I look for and need in a teacher. You are down-to-earth, patient, challenging (in a good way), enlightening, honest and SO inspiring.
Laura’s classes are very grounded in yogic knowledge but she presents it in a way that is pleasant and meaningful. She has the ability to create a safe class but also pushes her students to grow and challenge themselves in a way that feels respectful and encouraging.
Laura, for me, is the ideal yoga teacher: kind, inclusive and inspiring. She brings a sense of hope and humour to everything she does and she teaches with a truly caring spirit.
